In this technical diploma program, you’ll learn the interpersonal, technical, and professional skills that will prepare you for a career in inside, outside, and retail sales, or customer service. You’ll study business principles, marketing, finance, and communication, in addition to sales strategies and ethics.

The technical diploma is the third step in the Customer Service and Sales Career Pathway. Completing this course successfully means you have business credentials that can lead to employment, promotion, and higher pay. Or, you can choose to pursue an associate’s degree in Sales Management.
