Food Production Specialist Programs

The program provides an opportunity for students to be involved in many different food production activities. The program prepares students for positions as pantry workers, bakers, deli workers, assistant cooks, short-order cooks or first cooks based on professional goals and abilities. Graduates of the Food Production Specialist program will have the skills, knowledge and experience to help them qualify for positions in restaurants, supper clubs, health care facilities, resorts, schools, bakeries, delis, fast food businesses and hotels.
