The Facilities Maintenance technical diploma program will prepare you for a career in the maintenance and repair of residential and light commercial structures. You will get training from highly qualified instructors in: heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electricity, electronic controls and instrumentation, basic plumbing, fundamentals of hydronics, building codes and blueprint reading, electro-mechanical devices and general repair.
