Barber Programs

In compliance with the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services, this program prepares you to work in the barbering profession. You will learn shampooing, trimming, cutting and hair styling techniques, as well as shaving, beard trimming, hair coloring and chemical texture services. Upon completion of the 1,000-hour diploma program, you become eligible to take the state board licensing exam. MATC's Barber program starts in August and can be completed in just two semesters.
