Lakeshore College has the flexibility, versatility and opportunity I was looking for in a college environment. Lakeshore College provided the opportunity for me to attend when I was a prospective student interested in continuing my education after many years. At that time, I didn’t have the financial means to attend college. However, via programs such as TRIO and the Lakeshore Foundation scholarship program I can attend and succeed here at Lakeshore College.
Lakeshore College provides the versatility to continue my Web and Graphic Design degree via credit for prior learning, as well as pursue a new degree as an IT Cybersecurity and Network Support Specialist. As a parent, balancing school/life responsibilities can be very difficult. The flexibility that Lakeshore College provides allows me to work ahead on classes online with opportunities for support in person if needed, which allows me to have a quality education without neglecting my duties as a parent. In short, enrolling in Lakeshore College is the best fit for pursuing my goals as a student while balancing my reality as a parent.
