Annette Severson serves as the Associate Vice President for the Office of Instruction for the Wisconsin Technical College System.  In this position, she directs the development, implementation, modification and discontinuance of over 300 technical college educational programs and course offerings to meet the needs of Wisconsin business, industry and labor.

Dr. Severson has held several leadership positions within Nursing and Education, most recently as the Associate Dean of Nursing at Waukesha County Technical College.

Dr. Severson earned her Clinical Laboratory Technician AAS from the Medical Institute of Minnesota, a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a M.S. in Nursing from Oregon Health Sciences University, Portland, Oregon and an Ed. D. in Educational Leadership from Edgewood College, Madison WI.
