Office of Management Services

Norman Kenney, Associate Vice President

The Office of Management Services provides the support services necessary for the operation of the Wisconsin Technical College System Office. These services include accounting, human resources, payroll and benefits, affirmative action and facilities

Specifically, the Office is responsible for:

• Internal accounting and budgeting;
• Procurement;
• State Contract Sunshine reporting;
• Grant accounting and audit including grant awards and financial reporting;
• Federal and State fund allocations;
• Federal Funding and Accountability Transparency Act (FFATA) reporting;
• Travel accounting and processing;
• System Office facilities management;
• Fleet maintenance and printing;
• Employee payroll, benefits and time reporting;
• Human resources;
• Affirmative Action
• Personnel policy and contracts;
• Continuity of operations plans and reporting; and
• On-site civil rights compliance reviews and related reporting.

The Office of Management Services reports to the WTCS Executive Vice President.
