About Us |
Morna K. Foy
In January 2013, Morna K. Foy became the 12th president of the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS), and the first woman president in the System’s 100-year history. The WTCS is comprised of 16 technical colleges across the state and serves nearly 400,000 students each year. Wisconsin’s Technical Colleges develop individuals at every stage of their academic and work careers into experts and entrepreneurs who make an immediate, local economic impact. As System President, her top priority is positioning the System to successfully address Wisconsin’s skills gap. Foy holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; MPA in Finance and Policy from Indiana University; and is pursuing a Doctorate in UW Madison’s Education Leadership and Policy Analysis program. She is the UW-Madison’s 2012-2013 Distinguished Graduate Fellow in Technical College Leadership. |
