Manufacturing is a mainstay of Wisconsin's economy, but it's becoming increasingly difficult to attract and retain workers who have the skills needed to help their companies succeed. Today's manufacturing workplace requires employees at all levels to take initiative to solve problems, work cooperatively in teams, and adapt to an ever-changing environment. The Critical Core Manufacturing Skills training program targets these areas and more, to empower your workforce to meet current and future production and customer demands.

The Critical Core Manufacturing Skills program combines powerful new training content with a flexible delivery approach. The program includes an overview module called High Performance Manufacturing, plus 12 hard-hitting core modules grouped into four skill sets:
