Michael Rosen is an economics professor at Milwaukee Area Technical College. He received his bachelor of arts degree from the UW-Madison and his Ph.D. from the UW-Milwaukee. Dr. Rosen is also the president of the faculty and staff union, AFT Local 212 at Milwaukee Area Technical College.
Dr. Rosen has served on the board of directors of the Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership and the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership. He is currently on the board of the Institute for Wisconsin's Future, the advisory boards of the Milwaukee Partnership Academy and the Initiative for a Competitive Milwaukee, and a member of the Mayor's Task Force on Tax Incremental Financing Districts. Dr. Rosen also serves as the Board’s representative to the Wisconsin College Savings Board.
